Biography
Jennifer is originally from Chicago, Illinois but has lived in Tampa Bay since 1992. She graduated from USF St. Pete with her BA in Anthropology in 2007 and recently finished her MA in Women's and Gender Studies, as well as a graduate certificate in Women's Health. Her Master's thesis is entiled, Don't Blame It on My Ovaries: Exploring the Lived Experience of Women with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome and the Creation of Discourse. In addition to teaching the Human Sexual Behavior class, Jennifer is also the Grad Program Coordinator for the department. Her research interests include women’s health, reproductive justice, and sexuality.
